Your story reflects customer/tech support in a nut shell. It is not in your city, not in your country but in a remote country and on a bad internet phone line with delay. Then when you don't get an answer on your first question you ask another. The telephone line delay gives you the answer on your first question and it ends up in complete chaos until the operator cuts the line after complaining there is something wrong with your internet connection.

What can you do then? Either start looking for a new gadget on Amazon or flee to a remote place without internet connection.
