Yes the world need love and care, just like us.
I recommend Tai Chi. There are 9 different main directions how to do the Form, that varies in speed and length and intensity when you perform it. The Tajiquan as I do is a little laidback with rather slow movements. It could be wise to start with one of the “slower” and if your interest grow then study the more complicated.
What you do is you move from one position to the next in a slow dance. The Form is normally 28 or 42 positions, but some are up against 100 or more. A few positions are repeated through the “dance”.
The outsprung of Tai Chi is the Shaolin Monastery in China. There is a lot of info to find on the internet.
And modern research — I think it was from MiT university in US — say it is especcially useful for women. My teacher was a woman.
My best wishes for your learning. Remember be patient. A saying say it takes a long time to learn and a lifetime to master.
