Why do you need to write when you are stressed?
You should find your yoga mat and do some yoga first and calm down; or just meditate. The ultimate thing to do is practice Taijiquan or Tai Chi. Then you do yoga and meditate at the same time.
This martial art is the very best thing you can do to take care of your body and mind. Research at an US universitity(MIT?) has confirmed that this is the ultimate exercise, especially for women.
After doing Tai Chi 6–7 minutes you can cope with everything and you forget what stress is. You will be able to write twice as fast. But don’t tell your boss, unless you boss get curious and double your salary.
