When socializing means discussing "Friends" or looking at people staring at their profile on a mobile screen, then I rather sit home alone — lonely — and do what I want there and then.

And when quarantine was at a peak I felt less lonely, because I knew lot of others was in the same situation.

To me socializing is doing things together without looking on a screen.
