Another interesting “about design” story that needs to be commented…

Real musicians play instruments and develop the interaction between their brain and the bodyparts they use to play their instrument.

I read a story about two well known producers who said the Autotune has saved the industy, and they could never listen to music without Autotune.

I prefer to listen to singers who can sing in tune and instrumentalists who can play in tune, and also play together with them.

Listening to those singers — who saved the industry — sing without autotune makes me zap the channel or turn in the doorway.

There are millions of useless gadgets lately that take the focus away. Most of these has ended up in landfills, or waiting for to go there. All these gadgets more cover up the lack of skills than they enhance good skills.

I miss my analog tape recorder, and I am quite sure if young musicians got a chance to use such equipment they will love it, and become better singers or musicians.

The beauty of music is the silence between the tones, just like when the birds sing.

Music is waves, not on and off's. If you listen to an Apple stream, a Spotify and a Tidal stream you will hear a difference. The difference is basically how many on and off's you hear and the lack of some in Apple's platform. Try then to listen to the same songs on analog equipment. You will be shocked...

Digital music makes you restless, because your brain miss what is not there. Analog music makes you feel wonderful, because you got it all.

Next generation music tools are analog, just like music really is.

Hope you take good care of your analog world.

You might know me, but you don’t. I got wet in the rain, but now always soaked. I thought a lot. High thoughts and also loud and clear.
