Now "only" four months into this pandemic I am happy that I have practiced Tai Chi(also called Chinese shadow boxing) more than a decade.
This is a slow and quiet exercise that can be performed on a quite small space at home or outside. It is both yoga and meditation at the same time. The time use is 10-15 minutes a day, and enough to keep your body and mind in top condition. There are 9 different forms that varies in length and speed.
Learning Taijiquan — the form I practice — is the best investment I ever did. Hope you all keep on taking good care till this is over.
