I don't know if you manage to read the first line in this comment backwards, but I can’t tell you why it happens when I comment some stories.
I wrote this inspired by writing backwards:

Maybe the thing is to go backwards and ban the use of shoes in competitions. All arenas used in competitions has a "soft" ground. There will be no injuries from those wearing spikes in their shoes, and no bumping effect for those who can afford to buy expensive new shoes once a week. What is the next, a one run shoe?

I hope a lot of people read your insightful story. Our feet should carry us the rest of our lives and they need the very best care.

Remember your heel is not a landing platform. Keep an image of a Cheetah in your mind when you are running, and hopefully one day you will be the fastest toe runner ever... 👣👣👣
