Long time ago I found a book about how to do “eye exercising” to get better vision and I gave it a try. It worked, and put my glasses away for many years until stress and laziness reversed my vision and the easy way chosen, again…

The book was lost, and I can’t remember if the author was William H. Bates or another. One of the things to be aware of is your(everybody) food intake. The small muscles around the eye is very sensitive to “dirt” from the bad food we eat, and the build up of deposits into the tiny bloodwessels and muscles surronding the eye.

The book — I had, read and lost — also focused on diet and what to eat to make your body work better. I started to follow these advices too. I always started my day with only fruit for breakfast… Eye exercises… Work… Bread for lunch… Eye exercises… Work… And I turned away from meat to fish and vegetables for dinner. No more red meat!

Three weeks later the result occured. I felt like loosing 10 kg of weight, but it was only 1kg. My vision and mind was clear, and it make me understand the difference between being a “normal” and a vegetarian.

Still I understand the difference, and I hope you all will understand soon…
