It seems like Biden then is an archtype of a buraucrat. A man who once made a mistake(law) and stay with this mistake until his ending days…

Wouldn't the trick be to find a young strong and wise woman to become the Vice President candidate. Then when he has forgotten why he was selected — a few weeks later into the new year — make him become the first president to retire due to senility, and then there is a woman to take care of the nation.

Both men down in their basements have reached retirement age long ago. How can the two men change the world into something better, when the history — they have been a part of — tells the opposite?

Young people tend to look into the future. Old people tend to sit inside looking back in time to paint a picture of how beautiful it used to be. Young people can look out their window and see no changes. But they can take a walk down the street and feel the harm these picture painters provided. If they return back home — not in a coffin — they are able to see that the world need changes, now.

In the same way there is an age limit to participate in the election there should be an upper limit on politicians. This will always make room for changes and new brooms to wipe old dust away.

And this upper age limit should be at least ten years below normal retirement age, to prevent politicians from making changes and benefits like in their own pension agreements.

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to see the changes are necessary, just a human being.
