I like this idea.

The lightning is a problem in conference rooms often seen by face shadows or shining lights on bold heads, due to haircuts or natural or strong light from different angels.

The light from a source close to the camera lens will solve this problem. Brilliant idea!

The “conference bar” is now open source and nobody can patent it and make it more expensive, unless you did.

This environmental friendly (you don't need to buy a new screen) idea will make it useful also for the small businesses and private use. The systems sold for business use is way to expensive, but in exchange with a dozen of airplane tickets it pays the cost.
