Electric scooters is a part of the future in city transport, though they are a challenge to old people and kids, and also for car drivers. The reason is when you see a person standing upright in your view you don’t expect this person to suddenly fly across your path the next second. ALL RIDERS should know this fact, and act like nobody see you when they use the scooters.
This can be compared to how animals act to cars…
