El Niño make us sweat
Until we’re dried or wet
Conditions they are set
The weather turns roulette
La Niña is more sweet
Trying to control that heat
But always brings us weather to defeat
We’re dancing with the beauty and the beast
On this Election Day this old rewritten English saying may be an inspiration for a change in the weather…
When it’s hot we want it cold
When it’s cold we want it hot
Then it should be told
We’re always wanting what is not
